Center Max Unger misses practice
Posted by Danny O'Neil
RENTON -- The Seahawks had a host of players who sat out Tuesday's practice, which shouldn't be a surprise considering it's the bye.
DE Raheem Brock, LB Leroy Hill, RB Marshawn Lynch, WR Mike Williams and CB Marcus Trufant were among those who didn't practice.
Center Max Unger also watched on crutches in a walking boot, protecting an injury suffered in the game that didn't really manifest itself until Monday when his foot swelled up. Tom Cable, the team's assistant head coach, said the indications the team has gotten is that Unger should be available for next week's game.
"This showed up right after the game, Monday morning," Cable said. "Not Sunday, not Sunday night even ... We'll see what it is. It doesn't look to be anything too bad. Right now, they're saying we should plan like we're going to have him next week."
Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson sat out practice as expected with a strained pectoral muscle.
