The awkward reality of Aaron Curry's situation

And Curry was. Last week, he said. This week?
"I'm at peace," he said.
That was part of an interview in front of about a dozen reporters that was so entirely cordial it was almost surreal.
There was no hostility toward the team nor the coaching staff, and he bluntly stated his role as a second-string linebacker. He vowed to continue working hard in practice, but he didn't distance himself from his Twitter responses that had become a topic of conversation.

On Wednesday, Curry was asked if he thought a fresh start would be the best thing for him.
"Who knows?" he said.
Yes, it was as odd a press conference as it sounds.
