Seahawks vs. Rams, Week 17 to be shown in prime time

Update: NBC has announced the Seahawks-Rams game has been moved to Sunday Night Football.

The NFC West is fit for prime time apparently.

The Seahawks-Rams regular-season finale will be moved to 5:20 p.m. Pacific and televised nationally by NBC, according to Peter King of Sports Illustrated, who is part of NBC's studio coverage.

It will be Seattle's first prime-time game since 2008 when it played in Tampa Bay on Oct. 19, 2008.

The winner of the Seahawks-Rams game will earn the playoff berth from the NFC West and host a playoff game.
