Seahawks sign T Will Robinson from Washington's practice squad

Posted by Danny O'Neil

The Seahawks have signed tackle Will Robinson from Washington's practice squad, adding him to the 53-man roster.

Robinson played college football at San Diego State and he signed with Seattle as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He suffered an injury and did not make the team that year.

Seattle signs him as there are questions up front. Chester Pitts suffered an injury to his left ankle that could keep him out, backup Mike Gibson has been out the past couple of weeks with a sprained ankle and Tyler Polumbus could play some guard this week. That would obviously affect Seattle's depth at offensive tackle as Polumbus was the backup at both right and left tackle.
