Posted by Danny O'Neil
Seahawks defensive end Raheem Brock, was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of DUI.
He was driving alone at the time he was pulled over. According to the Washington State Patrol's report of the arrest, Brock was pulled over after he was observed driving 85 mph - 90 mph North-bound on I-5 in a 60 mph zone. He also failed to signal for a lane change.
Brock declined to submit for voluntary field-sobriety tests. He did consent to a preliminary breath test, which measured his blood-alcohol concentration at .133, according to the report. The legal limit in Washington is 0.08. Brock was then arrested. He was taken to University of Washington Police Department for further tests. According to the police report, the two breath samples were measured at .115 and .111.
Brock was cited and released. He was not booked into jail. His car was impounded.
