A look at the numbers
Posted by Danny O'Neil
144 rushing yards for Seattle, its most in any games this season.
113 rushing yards for Arizona, the most allowed by the Seahawks this season.
39 rushing yards for Marshawn Lynch nullified by the two holding penalties against Sean Locklear.
30 receiving yards for Arizona's Larry Fitzgerald, his fewest in any game against the Seahawks since entering the league. His previous low: three catches for 41 yards on Sept. 25, 2005.
10 penalties against Seattle, its most in any game this season and matching the most in any game last year. The Seahawks were penalized 10 times in a Nov. 22 loss in Minnesota.
4 game losing streak to the Cardinals stopped. It was the second-longest active losing streak to any single opponent. Washington has beaten Seattle in five consecutive regular-season games, but the Seahawks have a pair of playoff victories over Washington in that span.
3 field goals Olindo Mare made that were wiped out by a penalty. One was an offsides penalty against Arizona in which the Seahawks opted to accept the penalty and the first down it entailed and took the points off the board. Two were nullified by holding penalties against tight end Cameron Morrah.
1 field-goal attempt Mare had blocked, which was nullified by an offsides penalty against Arizona.
