Chris Egan of KING-5 news reported Marshall arrived via sea-plane along with Carroll, landing on Lake Washington. Egan said there will be footage of the arrival on the 5 p.m. newscast.

As for whether Marshall will be staying in Seattle, expect this to be the first step in a what could be a longer process. No other suitors for Marshall have been identified so this one could develop slower than many were expecting. Do not expect the sides to negotiate or sign an offer sheet because that would offer no room for negotiation in the compensation the Broncos would receive.
Clarification: Jeff0621 asked a question in the comments regarding the phrasing, "do not expect the sides to negotiate or sign an offer sheet." That referred to the Seahawks and Marshall. Do not expect the Seahawks to negotiate the terms of an offer sheet with Marshall and then sign Marshall to an offer sheet because that would lock Seattle into giving up the No. 6 overall pick as compensation should Denver decide not to match.
In additional free-agent news, cornerback William James of the Detroit Lions is scheduled to visit Seattle. That visit is confirmed, scheduled to begin Thursday. Tight end Chris Baker and running back Mike Bell will also be visiting according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
