Chris Carlisle resigns at USC to accept Seahawks job
Posted by Danny O'Neil
Chris Carlisle will be the Seahawks' new strength and conditioning coach, accepting the position.
By Ben Malcolmson, USCRipsIt blog
Carlisle worked for the past nine seasons at USC, going to the school when Carroll arrived.
If you want to look at Carlisle, here's a video with a snazzy little drum beat. Just don't go and get so fired up that you head butt your desk. Or a wall.
"What I look for in a recruit that is a kid that can move ... weight rooms is a facilitator to movement."
-- Chris Carlisle
This has a little less snare, a little more heavy-metal overtones. You've also got the priceless quote of Carlisle telling "Joe" that this spring-training video will be the only time he's on ESPN.
Carlisle isn't the only one coming to the strength-and-conditioning staff. Mondray Gee, Green Bay's assistant strength and conditioning coach, will be joining the Seahawks, too, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
