Report: Seahawks on the verge of re-signing punter Jon Ryan

Ryan ranked eighth in the league in punting average, and he was one of five Seahawks whose free-agency status had the potential to be affected by changes in the collective-bargaining agreement. Doesn't look like there will be much worry about that now.
Note: To answer Willmore2000's question, yes, the beat writer should have already posted it, and he would have had he seen it.
