Seahawks vs. Packers: A look at Green Bay

advertising

The Packers are generally considered the favorite to win the NFC North and contend for the Super Bowl, having beefed up their defense in the offseason and with Aaron Rodgers healthy again after missing seven games last year with a broken collarbone. Rodgers came back to lead Green Bay to a division title last year with an 8-7-1 record before the Packers lost a wild-card playoff game at home to the 49ers. Green Bay is hoping for a healthy year from linebacker Clay Matthews, having bolstered its pass rush in the offseason with the signing of free agent end/linebacker Julius Peppers.
