Arizona Cardinals

Record: 10-5.

Last week: Beat Seattle, 17-10.

This week: vs. San Francisco, 1:25 p.m.

Notable: Arizona’s defense is ranked seventh in the NFL in points allowed, but the Cardinals looked like one of the game’s best in overcoming four Carson Palmer picks to win at Seattle.

St. Louis Rams

Record: 7-8.

Last week: Beat Tampa Bay, 23-13.

This week: at Seattle, 1:25 p.m.

Notable: The Rams will end up with a top-five pick in the 2014 draft courtesy of the Washington Redskins. And this for a team that enters the last week of the season with a chance to finish .500. The NFC West could be even better next year.

San Francisco 49ers

Record: 11-4.

Last week: Beat Atlanta, 34-24.

This week: at Arizona, 1:25 p.m.

Notable: Will NaVorro Bowman’s 89-yard interception return to seal the 49ers’ win against Atlanta go down with the franchise’s other iconic plays? Said coach Jim Harbaugh after the game: “That’s been the best thing I’ve ever seen in a football game. Might’ve been close to The Catch.”
