Seattle Times columnist Jerry Brewer

Seahawks 26, Washington 17

What the Seahawks defense does best: Limit opposing quarterbacks to a 71.8 passer rating, which ranks third in the NFL. They'll have just enough success against RG III to keep his incredible efficiency (102.4 rating) lower than usual.

Seattle Times reporter Danny O'Neil

Seahawks 24, Washington 20

Seattle hasn't won a road playoff game since 1983; Washington hasn't hosted a playoff game since 2000. All that history isn't going to amount to much in a game between teams who believe they've found themselves a quarterback of the future. While Robert Griffin III had a better season than Russell Wilson, it was the Seahawks' rookie who had the better finish with 16 touchdown passes and only two interceptions over the final eight games. Washington's defense might very well stymie Marshawn Lynch's ground game, but Wilson has become Seattle's trump card.

Seattle Times reporter Larry Stone

Seahawks 28, Washington 21

Both teams are on a roll, but with RG III not at full strength, I think the Seahawks have the edge, even on the road.

Seattle Times columnist Steve Kelley

Seahawks 21, Washington 13

These teams are two of the greatest unknowns in the playoffs. Wilson's ability to throw downfield and the Seahawks' shutdown corners should be the difference.

Mike Wise, Washington Post columnist

Seahawks 35, Washington 20

Russell Wilson is healthier than Robert Griffin III and the Seahawks' defense is sturdier and deeper than London Fletcher and friends. Unless Washington can win the turnover battle or Touchdown Threesus has one more miracle left in him, the run ends because too many yards and points will be given up.
