Rewind: Live chat with Seahawks RB Justin Forsett

Justin Forsett is looking to follow up his breakout 2009 season with an even bigger offensive year in 2010 for the Seahawks.

A product of the University of California, Forsett is a dual-threat out of the backfield as he rushed for 619 yards on 114 carrries (5.4 avg) and caught 41 passes for 350 yards (8.5 avg) in his first full year in the NFL.

Forsett talked about his role under new coach Pete Carroll, the season opener against San Francisco and much more on Sept. 9.
