Seahawks Notebook | Matt Hasselbeck misses practice and is questionable for Sunday
Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who has a back injury, is questionable for Sunday's game at St. Louis. Left tackle Walter Jones missed practice Wednesday, too, for a sore knee.

RENTON — Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is being held out of practice because of a back injury, and coach Mike Holmgren said the quarterback is questionable for Sunday's game at St. Louis.
"Until he gets that little tingle to go away, it doesn't look like they're going to let him go," coach Mike Holmgren said.
Hasselbeck missed five games earlier this season because of a nerve condition causing a dead feeling in his leg. His rehabilitation proceeded faster than doctors expected, but some of the symptoms returned after he was sacked seven times in a loss to Dallas on Nov. 27. Hasselbeck did not play in Sunday's loss to New England; Seneca Wallace started instead.
Left tackle Walter Jones missed practice Wednesday, too, because of a sore knee. Jones missed Sunday's game, the first time since his rookie season of 1997 that he missed a game because of an injury.
"I don't think it's gotten any worse," Holmgren said of Jones' injury. "But I don't think it's gotten a lot better, either. An offensive lineman, you absolutely have to be able to bend your knees, do those things, and have some power.
"Right now, he's struggling with that just a little bit."
Notes
• LB Leroy Hill remains out of practice recovering from a neck stinger, but his strength is returning. He has not been ruled out of playing Sunday in St. Louis. CB Josh Wilson suffered a concussion Sunday and missed practice, but Holmgren expects him to be available Sunday.
• DE Patrick Kerney underwent a third surgery this year on his left shoulder, and his rehabilitation from the procedure could extend all the way to training camp of next season. Kerney was placed on injured reserve in November, ending his season. He reinjured the labrum in the shoulder, which was surgically repaired after last season. He had an arthroscopic procedure to clean out the joint last month after injuring it at San Francisco on Oct. 26. The range of motion never returned, which is why he was placed on injured reserve.
• C Donovan Raiola was signed to Seattle's practice squad, replacing Pat Murray, who was signed to Denver's active roster.
