Michelle Obama will headline Seattle fundraiser for Patty Murray

Michelle Obama is scheduled to headline a fundraiser for U.S. Sen. Patty Murray on Oct. 25 in Seattle.

The visit is one of several in six states the first lady plans to attend next month in support Democrats facing stiff Republican challenges. Murray is running for her fourth term against two-time GOP gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi.

Details of the Seattle fundraiser haven’t been released.
