Orangutan makes art

GREG GILBERT / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Towan, a 46-year-old orangutan, tried his hand at painting as the media watched on Aug. 6, 2014 at Woodland Park Zoo. Towan's finished art works will be raffled off during the zoo's annual Asian Wildlife Conservation Day on Saturday. He and his twin sister are the two oldest orangutans at the zoo.
