Thousands toss cornstarch-based colors into the air Saturday at the Seattle Color Festival. The one-day event, held at Seattle Center's old Fun Forest grounds, is part of a series of paid-admission festivals with music, food and abundant color, held on different dates from Alaska to Florida.
