Lulu the Library Book Fairy dances with Azalia Bowman, 3, in front of the Seattle Central Library on Friday during an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the downtown Seattle library building. "I love the fact that it's so bright and light and open space," said Azalia's mother, Saira Bowman. They recently moved to Seattle from Melbourne, Australia, and visit the building twice a week for story time. The downtown library opened to the public for the first time on May 23, 2004.
