Mindful Meditation at the Henry Art Gallery

KEN LAMBERT / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Every second Thursday of the month the Henry Art Gallery in Seattle hosts a half-hour "Mindful Meditation" session at 12:30 p.m. From the left, Lyndal Johnson, of the Seattle Insight Meditation Society, leads Paul Barry, Sumi Hayashi and Ken Yasuhara, in mediation during a session that took place in "Skyspace" by James Turrell, with sun coming through the open roof Thursday, March 13, 2014. The free sessions are held in different exhibits in the gallery every month.
