Shelter Bay Marina fire damage

ALAN BERNER / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Salvage workers prepare the 43-foot blue boat, the first of six that sank at Shelter Bay Marina, for further lifting and then removal from the water Saturday in La Conner. It had been totally submerged. The ghost image of another boat that sank is in the foreground just below the charred dock. It's bow rail just above the water.
