Historic Bugs unveiled in Tacoma

GREG GILBERT / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Renee Crisp, collections manager of LeMay -- America's Car Museum, places a dust cover on a 1965 Volkswagen Bug. The car is one of 25 Volkswagens on display at its latest show: "Vee Dub: Bohemian Beauties" which opens Saturday at the Tacoma auto museum. Other cars on display will be a 1943 Volkswagen "KdF-Wagen," the earliest model on display, a 1969 "Love Bug," and the 1977 "Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo" Bug. The show ends April 5.
