Christening the F/V Northern Leader

Christening sponsor, Hattie Albecker from Ugashik, Alaska, cracks a bottle of champagne on the rail of the F/V Northern Leader. The 184-foot Alaskan Freezer Longliner, built by J.M. Martinac Shipbuilding in Tacoma, is the largest fishing and processing boat built in the U.S. in more than 20 years.
