Andy Eccleshall, an artist from Edmonds, applies an acrylic polymer varnish to a mural in a courtyard of the H2O condo complex in Queen Anne.

Eccleshall takes photos and then creates his murals. This one, which took 10 days, is of Mount Rainier viewed from Mirror Lake. He said he used artistic license and painted a river instead of the lake.
