Sea-Tac not experiencing major delays

A plane comes in to land at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Wednesday, as cars pass on South 188th Street. Several U.S. airports are experiencing delays because the federal sequester is forcing furloughs for air traffic controllers. Perry Cooper, Sea-Tac media and public-affairs manager, said no specific effects have been seen. Compared with some airports, he said, "Our capacity is not filled, so we have more room to fit in delays, and gaps in our days ... that can catch up delays."
