Take a flight with Make-A-Wish

GREG GILBERT / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Jacob Colyn, 17, takes off at "iFly" in Tukwila on Monday, with Kevin Drivas giving an assist, in a flight sponsored by Make-A-Wish Foundation. Colyn was diagnosed with liver failure at 14 and has undergone more than two years of hospital stays, surgeries and a liver transplant. To get through it, Colyn's mother would help him imagine a place where they could swim with dolphins. Now he is on the road to recovery, and the family will fly to a resort in the Bahamas on Tuesday, paid for by Make-A-Wish. The iFly visit was a bonus surprise.
