A huge landslide in the Ledgewood neighborhood of Whidbey Island between Coupeville and Greenbank has damaged and threaten homes on the west side of the island. Residents were being evacuated on Wednesday after a huge chunk of the hillside fell into the Puget Sound wiping out roadways and powerlines. Geologist Terry Swanson from the University of Washington surveys the damage.
