William Patrick Kiley, right, dressed as St. Patrick, checks out Mason Dougherty, 9, a punk leprechaun wearing a bright-green synthetic mohawk purchased online by a family member. Kiley was resting at a Fourth Avenue bus stop before the start of Saturday's annual St. Paddy's Day parade to Westlake Park. He has marched near the front of the parade for decades. Dougherty walked with the Irish Heritage Club.
