Working at a hatch leading to the top the Space Needle, Scott Streeper, at upper left, and Ryan Arnold, at lower right, both with the company Pyro Spectaculars, help bring up a fireworks platform that is known as a "porcupine" and will shoot off in multiple directions New Year's Eve.
