For the last 14 years, the Story's have been organizing their "Annual Ferry Line Dance Cruise" for dancers from all over western Washington for an end-of-summer celebration where they line dance on the ferry to San Juan Island, spend the day there, and then line dance on the ferry back. Many in the group are are instructors, line dance enthusiasts, and friends. "It's fun for our dance group, and even more when others join in," said the Story's. They set up a little speaker with tunes and encouraged other passengers to join in.
