Getting ink at the Tattoo Expo

ALAN BERNER / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Suzy Todd has an image of her cat, Jigen, tattooed on her arm by artist Cory Norris of Grass Valley, CA at the annual Tattoo Expo at Seattle Center Saturday. Todd, also an artist, says "he's the coolest cat and (this is) an homage to cats in general." Five to six hours of work are involved for this tattoo. The 11th annual expo continues Sunday in the Northwest rooms.
