Playing a crosswalk piano at Carkeek Park

ERIKA SCHULTZ / THE SEATTLE TIMES

Norah Wieman, 2, bends down to touch a "key" at a crosswalk painted to look like a piano at Carkeek Park. Garry Golightly, also known as the "Bubbleman," noticed the crosswalk between the bridge the beach and upper parking lot had faded over time and became concerned about public safety. He made a proposal to Seattle Parks and Recreation and finished the painting, called "Play Attention," last month. "It's a wonderful, whimsical addition the park and we hope people enjoy it," Potter said.
