Who needs Punxsutawney Phil when a bullfrog can do the job? At downtown Snohomish's annual GroundFrog Day celebration Saturday, Snohomish Slew, the GroundFrog, predicted there is good weather ahead -- according to human interpreter Juan Carrion, this year's Frog King. View more photos.
