8-year-old Alfred Bautista of Portland undergoes a small intestine transplant at Children's Hospital in Seattle, the first in this region. Dr. Patrick Healey and Dr. Fru Bahiraei's hands are reflected in Healy's surgery glasses as they both concentrate for hours cutting Alfred's intestine and preparing the arteries for the transplant.
