Remembering the disrespect he saw heaped on vets returning from Vietnam, Terry Harder helped found Operation Support Our Troops, which sends packages to U.S. forces in Iraq. His portrait, made in 2007 with a Holga film camera, was part of a story marking another year at war in Iraq.
