Dr. Amin Shirzad poses for photographs with his scorpions considered as his pets at his home in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, July 3, 2014. Shirzad raises more than 400 scorpions at his place. After extracting the venom, he uses it in medicine for diseases such as vitiligo and epilepsy.
