The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) continues to direct the search for Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 from the Rescue Coordination Centre in Canberra in conjunction with the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB). The Boeing 777 flight MH370 of the Malaysia Airlines disappeared on March 8, 2014, during a night flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing with 239 people on board.
