Palanquin bearers run for a collision with the other palanquins during Dewa Masraman Ritual on November 2, 2013 at Paksabali village in Klungkung Regency, Bali, Indonesia. The Dewa Masraman ritual pays homage to gods through offerings and various activities centered around the gods throughout the day. The morning is spent eating traditional food, parading the deities effigies which are installed in palanquins and making offerings. In the afternoon a battle is held in which dozens of men carry the palanquins rushing around the temple in a trance like state, crashing into each other.
