A truck driver braves the raging floodwaters brought about by Typhoon "Nari" along a highway at San Ildefonso township, Bulacan province, north of Manila, Philippines Saturday Oct. 12, 2013. At least eight people have been killed after Typhoon "Nari" battered across the northern Philippines Saturday, flooding villages and farms in the country's major rice-growing region, officials said. The typhoon with 94 miles per hour winds and gusts of up to 116 mph forced U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to call off his trip to the Philippines on Friday.
