Residents of Sanford, Florida attend a prayer vigil to promote peace and unity in the community in the wake of the George Zimmerman trial on July 15, 2013 in Sanford, Florida. On July 13 a jury found Zimmerman not-guilty in the murder of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. According Sanford Police Chief Cecil Smith, the town has remained peaceful and there have been no crimes reported in the city of more than 50,000 residents related to the verdict.
