An Ultra Orthodox Jewish man of the Ultra-Orthodox Tholdot Avraham Yizhak Hasidic dynasty uses a quill to write the last letters of a Torah scroll during an inauguration ceremony for the holy book in an Ultra Orthodox neighborhood of Mea Shearim on February 17, 2013 in Jerusalem, Israel. The Torah is also known as the first five books of Moses. Hundreds of Ultra Orthodox Jews marched and danced with the Torah through the neighborhood into the synagogue where they place the Torah.
