Quinn Womble, 5, of Wilmington, North Carolina, looks at a Magellanic penguin housed in one of several saltwater fish tanks at the Aquarium of the Pacific. All of the aquarium's saltwater tanks could soon draw their water directly from the ocean instead of being replenished via tanker truck or barge, which costs about $500,000 annually.
