Fifth grade teacher Millie Ramirez discusses Superstorm Sandy with her students on November 5, 2012 in the East Village neighborhood of New York, United States. Students at Public School 188, like most schools in New York City, returned to class Monday for the first time since the hurricane hit last week. Many students in the area, which suffered severe flooding, were displaced by the storm. The school will be used as a polling center in Tuesday's Presidential election.
