Ken Herman's two story rental property at Pass-a-Grille Way and 7th Avenue is seen Monday, June 25, 2012 after it had the roof torn off during a tornado shortly after 8 p.m Sunday night. Tropical Storm Debby drenched Florida with heavy rains, flooded low-lying neighborhoods and knocked out power to thousands of homes and businesses as it lingered off the state's coast Monday.
