A mother bear and two cubs play in a tree Thursday May 3, 2012, in Altadena, Calif. Authorities say noise from TV helicopters may have spooked the bears into staying in the tree. Authorities are waiting the bears out and hope they will return to the nearby Angeles National Forest on their own during the evening.
