A woman walks along the streets of Concepcion, Chile, on March 1, 2010, three days after an 8.8-magnitude earthquake rocked the country. The South American nation has been hit by numerous aftershocks, some reaching over 6 points on the Richter scale, as well as heavy damage in coastal towns resulting from subsequent tsunamis. Dozens of looters sacked and burned a supermarket and a supply center after police fired tear gas while trying to disperse them as they were looking for food.
