Recess Monkey, the rock 'n' roll group for kids (and families) rocks the Bainbridge Performing Arts Center with high-energy sounds and interactive performance Saturday. A trio of teachers, they mesh indie-rock roots with and childhood themes in original compositions. They've produced 11 CD's since the group formed 8-years-ago. Here, musician Drew Holloway calls for everyone to freeze in place but has his guitar pressed against his face. Youngsters were invited to come up front and dance during the dozen-song set. The longer they played the closer the kids got.
