Meet the Tom Douglas crew

Sean Hartley, head of operations for Tom Douglas Restaurants, tries to get a better look at a new cooler that was acting up at Home Remedy, which is part of the newest venture for the company. Hartley began as a cook at the Dahlia Lounge 19 years ago, but his skill with mechanical and construction tasks started a new chapter in his involvement with Douglas' chain of restaurants and shops.
