Heather Kuykendall, 29, does some cleaning during her security shift at Tent City 3, where she has lived for a month. To stay there, campers have to attend a weekly meeting, do a couple of security shifts a week, and get one "community credit" every two weeks. The community credit can be earned in a variety of ways, like going to church services or public meetings.
