Scott Morrow, 54, part of the founding group that became SHARE, won't be acknowledged as a leader, but as a consultant, and keeps a tent at Nickelsville. Morrow gets healthcare benefits through SHARE, but otherwise says he does not accept a salary, and he insists he is not in charge. Here he listens in to a meeting about car camping on April 16, 2013.
