Anthony Jon Hicks of Seattle arranges this print of a Cetacean Airship at he and his wife's handmade jewelry and accessories table at the Time Traveler's Rummage Sale, part of Steampunk University at the All Pilgrims Christian Church in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle Saturday, April 6, 2013. Steampunk University classes were held upstairs in the church, teaching things like intro to Steampunk, leatherworking, and styles of dress and music. Steamcon, the fifth annual fall convention for the retro-futuristic subculture, will be held October 25th-27th at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency. There will be two more Time Traveler's Rummage Sales, held at All Pilgrims Christian Church on June 15th and August 17th, to stock up before the convention. "We're bringing manners back, we recycle, and we encourage all to dress up," said organizer Diana Vick. "I started the "anti-pajamification" league to encourage all to dress up," she said with a laugh. Hicks' and his wife's crafts can be found at their online Etsy shop, tinplatestudios.etsy.com.
